The application fee of £150.00 is non-refundable. Overseas students whose visa applications are refused may receive a refund within 28 days of supplying proof of such refusal, minus an administration fee of £150.00. Any student wishing to withdraw after 28 days (but not over 60 days) will receive a full refund, minus a deduction of fees for one course term.

 

A student who for some special reason fails to apply for a visa may apply for a refund of tuition fees. In this case the "Application for Refund of Tuition Fees" must be made in writing to Innovative Skills and should be accompanied by proof of pre-paid tuition fees to Innovative Skills and all original correspondence from the college.

 

A student who has received a "Certificate of Enrolment" from Innovative Skills and has used it to successfully obtain a visa to the United Kingdom will not be eligible for a refund of tuition fees.

 

Students applying for a refund of tuition fees are required to submit their "Application for Refund of Tuition Fees" letters 14 calendar days before the start date of their programme or course of study.
