Introduction
NCFE National Award in Customer Care course is designed to provide a basis of transferable knowledge and skills in customer care. The changing pattern of industry is increasingly customer service focused, whether that is face to face, or through technology. This course should equip candidates with a sound understanding of the importance of customer care regardless of the environment.

 

Programme Content
The award consists of four units:

  • Understanding customer care
  • Communicating with customers
  • Providing good customer care
  • Handling customer complaints and/ or problems.

 

Entry Requirements
Although no formal prior qualifications are necessary, candidates should have the minimum level of literacy to comply with the safety aspects of the award and the completion of the assessment criteria.

 

Progression
On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into employment or to Level 2 Customer Service.

Duration: 20 guided learning hours
